About Us
Chicksand TRA is a Tenants & Residents Association dedicated to representing the interests of everyone living in our community. We work closely with residents, local organisations and housing providers to ensure that local voices are heard and shared concerns are addressed.
Our aim is to improve housing services, support safer neighbourhoods and encourage residents to become actively involved in creating a welcoming, inclusive and thriving community. By working together, we can help make Chicksand a better place to live for everyone.
Our Priorities
We work to improve estate maintenance, repairs and the quality of local housing services.
We listen to residents' concerns and represent their views when working with housing providers and local partners.
We encourage participation, neighbourliness and community events that bring residents together.
We support initiatives that improve safety, cleanliness and the upkeep of communal areas.
